Exchange for product or online credit
Shipping is free. Message, Call/Text, or go to our easy returns /exchanges portal, and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and credit your account or ship the new item.
Return & Refund
If you want to make a return and get a full refund for any reason, Message, Call/Text, or go to our easy returns /exchanges portal, and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Your dollars will be refunded to the original payment source, as soon as we receive the item.
If the item is defective the return shipping is free. Return & refund for any other reason, and we will split the difference with you, Your refund will reflect an $8 shipping fee for the return.
