In order to provide the highest quality product, American Darling products are made in small batches with the highest quality leather and wool. From the beginning of a batch to the end, you will see small variations in each bag.

This is what separates American Darling from the rest. Genuine Hand Made products by Genuine People. Making each bag unique in it's own way.

Each bag is unique

So often we get asked, is the bag in the photo, the bag I will recieve? Sometimes, but most of the time you will recieve one of her twin sisters. And like real twins, often there are slight variations within each batch of bags. The artisans hand make each one, including dying the wool and triming hides. And they are only human. Not machines. So no, the bags are not always identical twins.

The right fit

One of the most frequent reasons for returns is a bag is too big or too small. This scale will help you to see the size compared to the model. Our purses are sized by their width. Don't forget we offer different sized straps to meet all your needs.
