Our hassle free 30 day Exchange Policy:

Make sure the item is new and unused, not exposed to animals or smoke.

Message, Call/Text, or go to our portal, at the bottom of this page. And we will email you a shipping label. If you know what you want, let us know, if you want help shopping, let us know. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and credit your account or ship the new item. We are happy to exchange once, we will make sure to get you taken care of the second time, we will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

Refund
Do not offer cash refunds. We can offer store credit. However extenuating circumstances may warrant a cash refund after a 30% restock fee. Shipping is not refundable. These are the new American Darling Policy.

All of the items we sell are hand made in one way or another. That means there could be room for error. If the item you received is damaged or falling apart?  

We will replace it.
