We do not accept order cancellations and no cash refunds. Store credit will be issued on returns.

Exchange for product or online credit

You get one completely free exchange, for any reason for 30 days. You don't even pay shipping. Message, Call/Text, or go to our easy returns portal, and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and credit your account or ship the new item. Your store credit never expires.


Defective or Not as described items

If you receive a defective product and would like a refund, Email or Text photos of the defect, or call and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Your dollars will be refunded to the original payment source, as soon as we receive the item.
Make sure the item is new and unused, not exposed to animals or smoke.

This process is the same.

All of the items we carry are handmade in one way or another, therefore we do take into account room for human error. If the item you received is damaged or falling apart, we will replace it. Please reach out to us with any questions.
