Our hassle free 30 day Exchange Policy:

Make sure the item is new and unused, not exposed to animals or smoke.

Shipping is free, until we get you taken care of. Message, Call/Text, or go to our portal, at the bottom of this page. And we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. If you know what you want, let us know, if you want help shopping, let us know. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and credit your account or ship the new item.

Because we are a very small Ma and Paw shop, we cannot offer cash refunds under most circumstances. However extenuating circumstances may warrant a cash refund. Shipping is not refundable. Please reach out to us if you aren't satisfied. We want every opportunity to make you happy.

All of the items we sell are hand made in one way or another. That means there could be room for error. If the item you received is damaged or falling apart?  

We will replace it.
