Our hassle free 30 day Exchange Policy:

Make sure the item you are returning is unused and in its original condition, not exposed to animals or smoke.

Exchange

To start an exchange, message, call/text, or go to our return portal, and we will email you a shipping label. If you know what you want for your exchange, let us know, or if you want help shopping, we are happy to help. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and credit your account or ship the new item.

We are happy to assist you in your exchange, we will make sure to get you taken care of. We are here to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so please just reach out.

Refund
We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit is issued for returned items, however extenuating circumstances may warrant a cash refund after a 30% restock fee. Shipping is nonrefundable. These are the new American Darling Policy.

All of the items we carry are handmade in one way or another, therefore we do take into account room for human error. If the item you received is damaged or falling apart, we will replace it. Please reach out to us with any questions.
