Shipping

At 8am every morning we place our order with American Darling Bags and our sister store near Uintah and Ouray Reservation in Utah, where we get most of our American Indian Jewlery. If the item you ordered isn't on the shelf in our store, we have it shipped to the shop, which can take up to 10 days. Once your order arrives at the shop, we do our darndest to get repackaged and shipped to you, that same day. We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS, which ever says it will get there faster. That day, you will recieve a tracking number and will be able to follow your shipment. It is best to assume it will take 14 days. And be pleasantly surprised when it comes sooner.

Returns

Our hassle free 30 day exchange policy: Make sure the item is new and unused, not exposed to animals or smoke. Call us, or go to our easy returns/exhanges portal, and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Your dollars will be refunded to store credit as soon as we receive the item.

Exchanges

Yes. Exchanges are excepted on all products. And are easy and free for 30 days. Call us, or login to our returns/exchanges portal. And we will email you a free return label, and take your new order. We also accept exchanges for store credit. Make sure the returned item is new and unused, and not exposed to animals or smoke.

About our products

Depending on which products you are inquiring about, we source our products from The United States, Mexico, Italy and India.

The color on your phone or computer screen will not be 100% identical to the product.

This is because your product is made from dye using CMYK (cyan, yellow, magenta & black) whereas your screen uses light to make color in RGB (red, green & blue). 

99% of the time this is no problem because both methods can create a range of colors that are the same.

It is mainly a problem with hair on hides and various shades of tanned leather. We are set up to put in special requests to the warehouse for replacement orders. And our generous exchange policy covers all the shipping. So no need to worry.

If you need a very exact color, you can send us a sample (or Pantone code) and our designers will match it as closely as possible.
