About our products

An important point about color.

The color on your phone or computer screen will not be 100% identical to the product.

This is because your product is made from dye using CMYK (cyan, yellow, magenta & black) whereas your screen uses light to make color in RGB (red, green & blue).

99% of the time this is no problem because both methods can create a range of colors that are the same.

It is mainly a problem with hair on hides and various shades of tanned leather. We are set up to put in special requests to the warehouse for replacement orders. And our generous exchange policy covers all the shipping. So no need to worry.

If you need a very exact color, you can send us a sample (or Pantone code) and our designers will match it as closely as possible.

Are the straps adjustable?

The majority of straps are hand-carved and are not adjustable. However, some bags, such as small crossbody and duffel bags, have adjustable straps. The standard strap length on most bags is between 48" to 50."

We carry an adjustable strap just let us know if you want to swap it out or add it to your order!

About us

Do you repair leather products?

No, we do not repair leather products. We generally recommend going to a boot and shoe repair center or the dry cleaner for help in repairing damages to your item.
